Summary: <text> is not rendered when there is a correct clip-path
                    region
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 420+ (nightly)
          Platform: Macintosh PowerPC
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.4
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: SVG
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at opendarwin.org
        ReportedBy: elim at mathworks.com

Look at the attached image. Notice that the "1" is not rendered in WebKit
nightly whereas it is rendered on IE with ASV3. If you take a way the
"clip-path" attribute in the text element, the "1" is rendered.
