SUMMARY
When dragging a link on a page , the selected link doesn't display either it's
URL or link name. This only happens under the latest TOT Webkit nightly
builds.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. With latest TOT Webkit (r16313) , go to
http://nightly.webkit.org/start/?current-revision=16313
2. Mouse down and drag any link in the windo lke under "Quick Links" or link
called "report issues"
3. Notice the "grey" rectangle that appears when you drag DOESN'T display the
link name or it's URL

* RESULTS
The link's name and URL should be displayed as I drag it but doesn't.

This regression started with TOT Webkit nightly r16288

Talked to Tim Hatcher about this and he was able to track this regression to
Eric's checkin:  http://trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/changeset/16286
