AFT AFT generates missing file error for test case 729. There are two file
named "new-location.html": one is in "LayoutTests\fast\js\" directory, which is
not picked by ATF. There is no expected file, and no actual file generated. The
other file is located in "LayoutTests\fast\js\resource" directory, which has
expected file. These two files are identical.
