The CSS information doesn't render as expected when using a phpmyadmin
back-end. The above link is to a demo of phpmyadmin which also shows the
problem. Login as "demo" with no password. You can even see issues on the login
page itself. The problem only started with recent webkit versions and isn't a
problem with the current Safari.
