eg {appearance:hyperlink}.
Doesn't seem to have made it into "-khtml-appearance:" yet..?
I assume that if this is used then the element would get placed into the
natural tab order and into the link array somehow so that keyboard users and
screen readers etc etc can use it... The CR doesn't seem to go into this and
the choice of the word "appearance" and the phrase "used to make an element
look like a standard user interface element" may indicate that I assume wrong
(I hope not though).
