Webkit and Safari dose not display Rich Text Formatting pallet in all webmail
program like Yahoo and Gmail. It is very irritating that this important and
basic feature is not supported in Webkit-Safari. FireFox and Opera dose support
this by displaying the formatting pallet while Safari and Webkit only shows the
simple text variant.
