Safari should activate Drosera instead of itself when it is hung at a
breakpoint

I'm assuming Safari is trapped in a run-loop when paused in Drosera.  If this
is the case, this run-loop could be tweaked to accept apple-events from the
Dock (such as activation) and instead activate Drosera instead.

This will all be made moot if we ever get tree-code aka suspendible javascript
into TOT, but I imagine that may be a while yet.
