The following 3 test cases have box mismatch problem, some boxes are missing
from actual file.

LayoutTests/fast/dom/clone-contents-0-end-offset.html
LayoutTests/fast/repaced/image-onload.html

There is one test case missing expected and actual files.
LayoutTests/fast/js/new-location.html
