Thanks for the bug report!

Bookmarks are a feature of the Safari browser rather than the WebKit framework.
Bug reports and feature request for the Safari browser should be filed at
http://bugreport.apple.com/ . That site requires an ADC account, which you can
obtain for free. Alternatively, you can use
http://developer.apple.com/bugreporter/bugrptform.html without an account.

Closing this bug as invalid.
