This patch allows you to get the correct offsets for svg foriegnObjects


This patch corrects problems with offest of a forgien object since  svg uses
affine transforms and html uses m_x my.  It may be gdk specific not sure.
The long term fix is to move consistently to a affine transform at least for
all containers.
