Beth,
Those links on the left-hand-side were handle by my modifications to
RenderBlock.  Since Dave rejected this code as says it needs to be addressed as
a fix through the outline painting code, these links simply won't work as of
yet.
However, we need to track them as another test case along with the attached
sample documents.  I forgot to mention this above and I thank you for reminding
me.

Can you add this comment to the bug you created: <rdar://problem/4778099>.
