OK, IMO, closing this feels awfully misleading, as the site in question is
still very, very broken.

 - Hand cursor when hovering over controls has what I can only describe as
garbage towards the bottom of the cursor itself, and the top part is cut off.
 - First load of the page results in a completely broken map and non-functional
controls.
 - Page refresh using reload button makes the map functional.

Either this ought to be reopened, or new bugs ought to be created for these
issues.  Which would you prefer?
