I cannot reproduce this bug at all.  The URL that you provided takes me to a
page with a single line of blue text, with no blue buttons as you described.  I
spent several minutes clicking around the top level of that site and was unable
to reproduce the error that you describe.  As I do not read Chinese (?), I may
have missed an obvious link that would reproduce the error.  If this problem is
still occurring I would encourage you to reopen this bug with more detailed
instructions on how to reproduce it.
