Platform needs AffineTransform to replace QMatrix, KCanvasMatrix and SVGMatrix

Much of this is search/replace.  However, SVGMatrix will be a bit tricky as a
custom JSSVGMatrix binding will have to be made to replace the existing
autogenereated one.
