Twiki 4.0.2 uses the Kupu editor.  Changing the sense of the bug to support the
Kupu WYSIWYG editor in Safari.

There are likely multiple issues (see Bug 6627) that are keeping this from
working in Safari.  Please file dependent bugs for specific issues until Kupu
is fully working.

Note that some changes to Kupu itself may be required as well!  Please note
them in this bug.
