Can confirm text only scrolled once. Setting to NEW.

Some findings:

 - setting loop="infinite" scrolls the text once
 - removing loop attribute scrolls the text once
 - setting loop=N scrolls the text N times
 - setting loop=-1 scrolls the text infinitely
