Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Open URL in browser.

NOTE: The cached page should NOT be found--this is normal.

2. Click reload four or five times, waiting for the entire page to load after
each reload.

Expected Results: 

The "Google" image should not "flash" or "blink" when the page is reloaded.

Actual Results: 

The "Google" image flashes or blinks when the page is reloaded.  The "Go to
Google Home" alt text is displayed before the image is (re)loaded, which is
what causes the flashing.

Regression: 

This occurs on a locally-built WebKit r14619 and in Safari 2.0.3 (417.9.3) on
Mac OS X 10.4.6 (8I127) (PowerPC).
