I'm raising this to P1.  This is a horrible regression from earlier versions of
Safari.  Mark's blog is a good example, but an even better one is:

Given that other Mac browsers do not have this problem and that it is a
regression from versions of Safari with older versions of the Flash player, I
think this bug is A Big Deal (tm).
