Summary: 
SVG text boxes with a style text-anchor: middle are not aligned properly.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Load the linked URL 

Expected Results: 
A light blue box is rendered around the text "This should be centered.".

Actual Results: 
The text is rendered off-center. 

Regression: 
Tested in Mac OS X 10.4.6 build 8l127 on a 17" Powerbook G4.
