The links under "Page Tools" section of the page have bigger text size than the
rest of the page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the page
2. On the right part of the page, "Page Tools" section, some links are
enlarged.
Expected results:
"Page Tools" section of this page should have the same font size as other parts
of the page
Actual results:
"Page Tools" section of this page has some enlarged links
