Steps To Reproduce:
1. Load the attached file reload2.asp
2. Click the link "link"
Expected result:
The time-stamp is not changed after clicking link within 5 minutes from first
loading of the page.
Actual result:
The time-stamp is changed after clicking link within 5 minutes from first
loading of the page.


This is not reproducible on WinIE but this is reproducible on Windows Firefox.
