Drag and drop does not work when content is in a frame (frameset or iframe).
Provided URL is a drag and drop example that works in a frameless page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. try provided URL for example
2. load attached test case, which loads the same URL within an iframe. Try
example again - does not work.
