This server resets the connection immediately after receiving a request, so the
behavior is correct (Firefox or curl also cannot open this page).

The error message asks to report the problem to Apple, which doesn't appear
appropriate, given the circumstances. However, this is a Safari error message,
so it should be reported via <http://bugreport.apple.com>.
