I load yousendit.com, then specify a destination email address and choose a
file.

after clicking on Send, the progress text and bar appear. everything appears to
work for a couple of seconds and then the 'failure' notice appears.

I've tried this a few times. the file I tried to send was a jpeg file approx
2.1MB.
