This has nothing to do with font size -- you can get the same results with "px"
as with "em".

I believe the issue is that input elements have 1px of padding. The test page
looks the same in Firefox as it does in the latest WebKit.

I think this is not a bug at all, and should be closed as WONTFIX or INVALID.
