Bank of New York's newly updated Stock Transfer Site is now unusable in Safari
- when you log in it  displays all text with large block text and overlapping
unusable frames. Its a mess. None of the buttons work. It says it works fine
with firefix or IE, and seems to work fine in IE for windows.
