keyboard support for SVG withing webkit Safari is currently broken

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open URI 
2.try to navigate through the homepage using the keyboard 'tab' or other key
3.

Actual Results:  
tab key onkeydown not recognised

Expected Results:  
focus should change to next anchor

It should be possible to cycle through the links on any SVG page as one can
with HTML using a keyboard
