This crash only occurs when reloading a PDF file with TOT Webkit. This is a
recent regression since the wasn't occuring with the r14124 NB. I can reproduce
this 100% with the r14154 NB.


Steps to reproduce:

1) With TOT Webkit, go to
http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/i-9.pdf
2) After PDF loads, reload the page
3) Crash occurs
