To reproduce this bug, open the attached test case and click the Test button.
Notice that the QuickTime logo is drawn near the top left corner of the window
before the actual movie appears inside the green rectangle.

On the Front Row page (the URL), you get the same effect when switching between
the movies. I thought this bug was a regression, since on that page I couldn't
reproduce with shipping Safari, but the test case fails in shipping Safari as
well.
