Follow these steps:

1 - Go to http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/attachment.cgi?id=7264&action=diff
3 - Move the mouse pointer over the text with the green background.
4 - The text moves.

This happens with TOT (r14126) and also with the last stable version of Safari.
Firefox displays the text correctly.
