I wrote a test app that selectively removes items from the pasteboard.  The bug
occurs when either (or both) of WebURLsWithTitlesPboardType and 'urln'
CorePasteboardFlavorType are in the general pasteboard.  The URL is pasted only
when neither type is in the pasteboard.  Webkit adds both types, Camino adds
neither.

I'm not sure whether this is a problem for Webkit, NSText, or both.  If I
should file a bug with Apple's bug reporter, please let me know.
