You shouldn't be compiling JPEGImageDecoder yet. The source file is there, but
the implementation isn't done yet.

We don't want to remove the declaration of the size() function, because we need
to implement this function to complete the class. The way to fix the Linux
build is to not yet attempt to compile this not-yet-written class.
