Follow these steps:

1 - Open the reduction.
2 - Click inside the form.
3 - Press return.

When the button becomes "selected" (for a fraction of a second), part of the
blue line around the form disappears. This happens in the latest nightly
(r13530) and also in the version of Safari included in Mac OS X 10.4.5.
