The demo in the above URL works perfectly with 417.9, but is somehow broken in
the nightlies. 

The error returned is:
Value undefined (result of expression this.range.createContextualFragment) is
not object.
in prototype.js line 1045

The javascript involved is a bit over my head, but since it works in in all
browsers including the current Safari build, my guess is the problem lies
within Webkit.
