Overview Description:
Entering a Username and password into the login form at any vBulletin site in
Safari and submitting it will not prompt the user to save the username and
password into their keychain.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1) View a vBulletin index page (http://chud.com/forums/index.php)

2) Fill in a User and Password (they don't have to actually exist, but they
both need to have text in them).

3) hit enter or click the LogIn button

Expected Results:
Safari drops a sheet asking if I would like to save the username and password
to my keychain

Actual Results:
No sheet appears and the user and pass aren't saved.

Other notes:
Also occurs in the current nightly build of WebKit (r13469)
