Most photos on flickr photo sharing site have photo controls on top of the
photos, like
Add to Faves, Add Note, Blog This, All Sizes
(depending on the photographer's set permissions as to who can do what)

These stopped working with the latest nightly 22/03, WebKit-SVN-r13428

Also, if a photo has notes, when you hover your mouse on the photo, the notes
become visible. When you hover out, they disappear. 

For example, go to any photo with notes

The photo controls should raise when you hover your mouse and you can click
them.
You should also see the notes when you hover your mouse cursor on the photo.

Does not work.
