With new text fields, the tabindex attribute is ignored when present. Placing
focus in a field then pressing the key doesn't place the caret into the next
field in the tabbing order (specified by the tabindex attribute).

The only way this can function is to enable "Press Tab to highlight each item
on a webpage" in Safari Prefs.
