* SUMMARY
When an image is dragged around a designMode document, it appears like the
browser is creating a promised file handle instead of moving the image object
around the document. When the cursor is released in a different part of the
document, an invalid image is always added to the top of the document.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn designMode on for a document containing an image.
2. Attempt to drag the image to a different place on the page.

* RESULTS
