This seems to imply that it's actually a Flip4Mac plugin, not the one from
Microsoft. Also, the current version of Flip4Mac is 2.0.2, so 1.0 must be quite
dated.

I cannot reproduce the crash with Flip4Mac 2.0.2 either. Could you please
double-check?
