The testcase discusses the layout problem that (as of CSS2.1 9.5) only "line
boxes created next to the float are shortened to make room for margin box of
the float", but the background and border of the block boxes (that do not
establish a new block formatting context as of CSS2.1 9.4.1) are visible under
the float, as if the float would not exist. Safari clearly follows the specs
here.
