Reduction.

The inner body has 'text' attribute set, the outer body has not. The inner link
attributes overwrite the outer. 

If the inner 'text' attribute is removed (or if the outer 'text' attribute is
set too), then the inner link attributes won't overwrite the outer anymore. 

The behavior is identical to IE5.2Mac, and unlike Fx1.5.0.1 and Opera8.51
