The incorrect rendering seems to be incorrect rendering. It doesn't look like a
Safari issue, but more like a server having problems loading the whole page. I
will keep this one open for some time.

If the page doesn't render correctly again, please look if you can get the
source of the page and copy it, to look if it's the same as a good rendered
page. If the source is the same, but rendering remains incorrect, this would be
a weird issue. In all other cases I think the server doesn't handle the page
correctly.
