Sometimes when entering this webpage it does not render correctly or
completely. The white background fails to appear and the right side bar ends up
appearing near the bottum of the webpage instead of the right side of the
webpage where it's supposed to be. There is no obvious pattern to the occurance
of this bug and reloading the page usually corrects the problem. This bug
occurs when navigating throughout the site. I've tested it on Firefox (latest
stable) on a few pages and it renders fine on that application.

The problem has occured on both the nightly (r13060) and the shipping (417.9).
Using 10.4.5
