Change layer hit testing to return the inner div instead of the input element
I don't think this patch is complete or correct, but I would like to get
feedback on the idea of addressing the bug at the layer hit testing level. The
behavior you get with that approach, in terms of cursor tracking and response
to clicking, is similar to what you currently get with <div contenteditable
style="padding: 10px">.
