Another batch of compilation fixes (mostly the usual friend class and missing
header issues with gcc) for the wx port. I checked bug #8515 and any open
dependent bugs and didn't see any of these in there, but if something is
duplicated, sorry in advance.

Also, I should note that there still remains an issue with
WebCore/platform/GlyphBuffer.h defining CAIRO elements in terms of
PLATFORM(GDK) || PLATFORM(WIN). For the moment, I am manually defining
KXMLCORE_PLATFORM_CAIRO in my makefiles and am using PLATFORM(CAIRO), but once
the stuff for defining Cairo in #8531 lands, let me know and I'll make a patch
for that too.
