Bug 8584 turned out to be unrelated. I cannot reproduce the problem with a
locally installed Apache and the attached cgi script.

I have installed lighttpd from DarwinPorts now - could someone please provide
the further necessary steps? Does Rails need to be installed? How does one
create "a plain multipart form with a file upload" there? How is the server
even started?

Sorry for such newbie questions, but I'll really need a very detailed
instuction to reproduce this issue (and, judging from the lack of progress on
this bug, other WebKit developers may be not professionals in Web development,
as well, which I find understandable). Just thought that this issue is quite
important...
