build script check for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Symbian/Series 60/3rd Ed.
SDK for Symbian OS/TargetDir to get the epoc dir but that registry key was
changed to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Symbian/Series 60/S60 3rd Edition SDK
for Symbian OS, Maintenance Release/TargetDir" for maintenance release
