Bookmark file that demonstrates the scrolling performance problem

I've managed to reproduce the problem.  It seems to be caused by having a large
number of items in the bookmark bar overflow menu.  A little investigation
shows that it only occurs when scrolling with the arrow keys, not the space
bar.
