With a debug build of TOT, navigating to a URL that returns a 404 response
causes this assertion to fail:

ASSERTION FAILED: _private->committed (WebKit/WebView/WebDataSource.m:734
-[WebDataSource(WebPrivate) _bridge])

(_handleFallbackContent is calling _bridge).
