This is very likely to be a problem outside of WebKit - maybe in system
software, network hardware or the server itself... However, here may be a good
place to publicly discuss it. 

I don't see this problem myself, so someone who sees it will need to dump and
analyze TCP traffic at the moment when it happens. With luck, it will help to
localize the problem.
